Like the equivelent of Steam or something like that. SO that i can buy a digital copy.

If you want to buy digital version you can just make empty Guild Wars account and buy game/expansions in InGame Store

Thing is,if i get a digital copy it has to be bought with a Chinese account. Any ideas where i can gert one of those?

Why do you actually need a GW China copy?

For chinese user interface locale?
Its already built into the game

To assign yourself to china/asia region for creating guilds with special characters?
Then...GW China is closed so their keys are hard to acquire, GW Japan might allow for Chinese letters

Japan version of GW allows Japanese and English letters (NOT Chinese letters) for guild names & character names. GuildWiki also refers to GW Taiwan, but they discontinued Guild Wars and previous accounts were merged with English servers. (you might be able to find a key from someone)

BTW: you can only choose your region during account creation, so you must create a Japan PlayNC account...

Whenever i go to those websites the page simply doesn't load.
"Unable to connect" error

Try using a different browser or maybe a proxy?

I'm using Firefox and it works fine...
